Has anybody used the Hugo Riviera hard gainer diet. What were your results?....

If thats the diet form BB.com i would stay away its rather heavy on the supplements and he seems to be pushing a particular brand,

If you looking for a good diet, post your diet up and I myself and some of the others here will give you some advice and propose some tweaks to help you pack on some pounds

height,
age,
weight,
body fat %
and years or months training would be very helpful to,

I would attach my diet but the PDF is too big. 40K is too big???? wtf
