im 6'0 220 and play football so i have to keep gaining but i dont want to put on fat so i just want a really clean bulk diet even tho i wont get as big as fast i wont put on bf

Learn the fundamentals. Eventually you will just know how much to eat without even thinking about it depending on how much work/effort you've put in that day, how much you've slept, and ate already, etc. I can pretty much just tell what kind of calories I need based on how I feel and what I've done during the day.

It's hard to just give someone a diet plan IMO. You need to really figure out what YOU enjoy eating, and could see yourself sticking to religiously. Figure out your macro breakdowns and just start calculating rough estimates based on your caloric needs.
