so this is what ive ate today just a random day i check every month or so just to see how many calories im getting im bulking 6ft 188 pounds approx 7-8%bf bulking for about 8 months first 5 months were super clean thats why bf so low this isnt a set diet by the way changes day to day

tell me what you think all input appreciated


8.30 6 weetabix 400ml milk 27g protein 102g carbs 18g fat=678 calories

10.30 3 slices bread 1 potato waffle 120g bacon 34g protein 68g carbs fat 37g=732 calories

12.30 11 chicken dippers 2 pitta breads 39g protein 105g carbs 20g fat=760 calories

2.00 6 weetabix 400ml milk 27g protein 102g carbs 18g fat=678 cals

4.15 500ml milk 1 snickers duo(at college so not much healthy there i know) 30g protein 80g carbs 35g fat 735


5.30 6 sausages 290 boiled potatoes some broccoli+sweetcorn 35g protein 91g carbs 35g fat 809 calories

7.30 (pre workout)5g creatine 3 bcaa caps 1 scoop whey 1 yoghurt 1 slice bread 1 225g of banana 33g protein 91g carbs 5g fat 530 calories

train for 8.30

10.00-post workout-300ml milk 5g creatine 1.5 scoop protein 75g dextrose 3 bcaa caps
40g protein 78g carbs 3g fat 507 calories

The grand total...
5249 calories
265 protein=1060 calories
714 carbs=2856 calories
171g fat=1539 calories

this was a high fat day i usually would take in about 30-50g less because the 4.15 and 5.30 meal are both random

that is a lot of fat and good amount of carbs too lol depending on if you care about putting fat on or not will dtermine whether your diet is good and what your goals are....dont take the milk after workout and what is weetabix? lol

i know its high fat weetabix is just oats in a bar form you might not have it in the usa my bf is quite low so not too bothered about putting too much fat on no higher than 16%

its basically a "wheat biscut" they are almost as good as oats i have them a lot if im in a rush or dont feel like oats,
and the all blacks eat them every morning so they must be good lol
