I BEEN ON HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE FOR 7 DAYS NOW AND ALL IS GOOD BUT TODAY I FELT SO HUNGRY LIKE MY APPITTIE WAS GETTING BIG AGAIN WHY I DONT KNOW LIEK I WAS EATING AND I WASNT FULL LIKE I USED TO BE I SONT KNOW IS THIS NORMAL???? WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Just keep eating a healthy diet and you'll be fine. It's just because of the stimulants and the speeding up of your metabolism... oh and when you talk in ALL CAPS over the internet it comes off as urgency and yelling... just as a heads up

im always like that....but you said it was one day....could be anything really...but like zack said it good just be the stimulants...dunno what in hydroxycut would do that but....it prob just has to do with what you did today and or yesterday....the human body is very complex and could be anything really...doubt its the supplement

It's the calorie restricted diet and the stimulants (mainly caffeine) that's giving you the feeling. Feeling full is not an indication that you're getting what you need.

Whats your diet like? You stated in another thread you've been eating like 1,600 Calories a day and you are/were a 310 lb man. There is a very good reason your hungry and thats because your body has increased the hormone ghrelin and decreased the amount of leptin. Ghrelin is essentially the hunger hormone and is triggered when your body feels its being deprived of essential nutrients or also known as in "starvation mode". Leptin is for simplicity sake the polar opposite, its the "fed" hormone, it tells your body its ok to expend Calories on things it wouldnt when in an unfed state. Your best bet is to just take tomarrow/today whatever to just consume a large amount of carbs and keep fat to a minimum. Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and we'll say fructose in general for simplicity sake so no fruit... no sucrose. The whole day tomarrow take time and read up on how to diet properly, read and reread this thread:

Put together a diet and post it up for critiquing. Its not ALL about portion control especially for someone your size.

If your concerned the pills are causing any ill effects ditch them and chalk it up as a loss and a lesson learned.

ok but check me out im eating like 1500-2000 and i feel good like full and stuff just when i did hte pill it was a little more hungrier u get me, but im good at 2000 for weight loss right i was 310 and im 6'2 18 years old

FOR EXAMPLE:

BREAKFEST 7AM: MEDUIM BOWL SPECIAL K AND A APPLE WITH A GLASS OF WATER

WORKOUT AT: 11:15-12:00

CANT EAT CAUSE OF SCHOOL AND LUNCH ISNT UNTIL 12:50 PM


LUNCH 1PM: 2 CANS TUNA FISH WITH 4 SLICE OF WHEAT BREAD AND TOMOATES, 2 APPLES, BOILED EGGS (ONLY THE WHITES), 3 GLASSES OF WATER

SNACK: APPLE, PIECE OF TURKEY BREAST

DINNER: BIG DINNER OF ETHIER GRILLED STEAK OR GRILLED CHICKEN WITH BIG BOWL OF SALAD AND 3 GLASSES OF WATER

AFTER DINNER 7:30PM: 45 MINUTE CARDIO

3 GLASSES OF WATER AFTER NIGHT CARDIO

SOMETIMES SUGAR FREE JELLO TOO

Not enough protein, and chances are you could bump up the carbohydrates as well

You should consider a Leucine/carb or bcaa/carb drink during-after your workout. Mainly because your waiting an hour to eat your post work out meal. Being in school makes meal timing tough but this would be an allright comprimise.

Drop the apple, would be better to get a small amount of complex carbs here. More protein. Small amount of essential fatty acids (maybe just a few grams of fish oil).

You need to be eating after that cardio session, even if its just something small again it can be mostly protein and fat (preferabley some essential fatty acids) with a small amount of carbs. Trust me this will NOT hinder any results.

Have a few changes above, was better then I expected after hearing you were only eating 1,500 Calories. Still need to up the Calories slightly and encorporate refeeds (high carb days) from time to time. I would start with what i have above maybe slightly raise the Calories via fat, and as time goes on slowly bring down the Calories again. Keep up the good work, your progress has allready been huge.

great advice jake
on refeeds keep the fat intake in the low end.bump up carbs and protien.

310 pounds and 1600 calories, OMG I'd feel like I was dying and eat people if I was 310 and only ate that much lol. I tried some of that hydroxy cut stuff and it gives a good boost in energy, but I didn't notice feeling more hungry, higher heart rate, more energy and a sweat a lot more.
