Whats your diet like? You stated in another thread you've been eating like 1,600 Calories a day and you are/were a 310 lb man. There is a very good reason your hungry and thats because your body has increased the hormone ghrelin and decreased the amount of leptin. Ghrelin is essentially the hunger hormone and is triggered when your body feels its being deprived of essential nutrients or also known as in "starvation mode". Leptin is for simplicity sake the polar opposite, its the "fed" hormone, it tells your body its ok to expend Calories on things it wouldnt when in an unfed state. Your best bet is to just take tomarrow/today whatever to just consume a large amount of carbs and keep fat to a minimum. Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and we'll say fructose in general for simplicity sake so no fruit... no sucrose. Put together a diet and post it up for critiquing. Its not ALL about portion control especially for someone your size.
If your concerned the pills are causing any ill effects ditch them and chalk it up as a loss and a lesson learned.
