Hmmmm help with regards to diets are always tough unless when we know your goals and a "ball park figure" (the more precise the better, obviously) of your diet in terms of calories (grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fats), and what you eat at what times with regards to your workout.
Being at 12 "stone" you could either bulk up or cut down depending on your goals, so let us know your goals so that we can help you as much as possible! And answers like "Build muscle and lose fat" are not that clear and effective primarily because the human body is much more efficient at one or the other.
