Nutrientfinder.com: Gives specific breakdown of literally everything.

I use it to see the amount of fructose compared to glucose in fruits.

The two downsides I've noticed is there is not a place to input a different value other than what they have listed for the food quantity. Also, the site isn't flash; pretty plain but who cares. Great site for research though.

another great site that i use alot is FoodCount.com - Free Calorie Counter, online calorie counter and carb calorie counter, fast food calorie counter too is site gives a good break down of the food plus a ton of different ways it could be served. plus it offers various serving sizes.
