hey im about 6'0 217 my bf is about 18% last time i checked and i was wondering if it would be safe to lost 25lbs in about 90 days

thanks for the help! just trying to get some outside opinions

I would say yes, its safe to lose 25 pounds in 90 days, but im also going to go out on a limb here and say monitor your fat loss, throw in a week or two where you have small clean bulk weeks and utilize refeeds through out your weight loss weeks to have a good combination of fat loss, muscle preservation and possible some muscle gain.

Its a pretty standard amount of weight. 90 days is about 13 weeks, give or take its about 2 pounds a week.

hey sry ive been busy the past few days thanks for the feed back for supps right now im just taking a multi vit. fish oils and a protein drink with water 1-3 times a day
