I've known it for sometime but I don't really know how to take action for it.

My carb sources are whole wheat or 12 grain bread and brown rice. I throw in the occasional salad and hunks of broccoli but it's mainly the rice and bread.

I've looked at A LOT of kinds of store-brand breads but they have some fat it it to some degree. I'm currently on Double Omega 12grain bread. Each slice is 19 g carbs and 15 g fat.

I'm allowed 70-80 g fat a day. 2 slices for breakfast with chicken is 30 fat, 2 more slices with more chicken after lunch is another 30, for 60. There's more but I can't remember ATM.

How do the pros do it, what kind of carbs do you eat without fat? I heard something about Ezeliel bread. I've read over the Bulking Primer a dozen times over this week, I've got a handle on that stuff.

I don't eat bad shit or junk but my fat is still too high. I remember when I was on my cut last year that I tried to eliminate all breads, which was hard actually. I was eating 3 large carrots, broccoli, spinach for my carb sources just for one meal, and the other half of the meal was protein. Is that how the pros cut fat... ?

I think you answered your own question. If that double omega bread is accounting for most of your days fat....then stop eating it! 15 grams of fat per slice? Thats rediculous. There are other carb options with almost no fat at all. Try sweet potatoes, red potatoes, oatmeal, whole grain pasta ect. Come on man be a little creative.

Red potatoes are high GI. Scrap the whole wheat; its really just dyed white bread. Get whole grain and make sure it is is the first ingredient listed.

If you're talking about Brownberry Double Omega Multigrain and Flaxbread, it only has 1.5 grams of fat, not 15.

Just to ask, why do you say whole wheat is really just dyed white bread?

Haha, alright. Do you have an article or something I could read that makes the case for your argument? I think it'd be an interesting read for later; I'm looking for one right now but can't seem to find one.

Look at the ingredients. The package has to say "100% whole grain" and start the ingredient list with "whole grain." You will find many whole wheat breads that say "Good source of whole grain" which is total bs. Check it out. The source is your bread package.

Yeah the first thing it says is Whole Wheat flour.

Seems like everything new I try to work at, I always fall down a few times.

I would just say bread in general is a bit of a no-no, whatever it is and even if your eating whole grain (which I do on occassion) keep it too 2 small slices a day. Most of the time nowdays I eat whole grain rice or I tried today this really good vegan pasta which is made from spinach, beetroot and something else, its gluten free, wheat free, diary free, yeast free etc. (infact thats it Orgran Natural Foods - Gourmet Pasta

Wish I could buy grits in UK, I love them :(
