I'm sure people will tell you not to train twice a day. But really, I did it a couple weeks ago, and it worked really well for a little bit, and I really liked it. I did start to overtrain after 6 weeks, though. Whenever I did it, I did pre and post workout meals for both workouts. I would definitely do it again, too. And yes, I would divide the supplements between the two. Or, you could do what I did, and just amp up the creatine, but make sure you cycle it, and shorten the length of the cycle. There are probably reasons why you shouldn't do all of this, it's just my opinion, and what worked for me. |
