If I train twice in a day does that mean I should have 2 seperate posts?

If so, should I have half my day's creatine and BCAAs as one post and the other half in the other post, logically?

Also, I only have 4 hours between workouts, is that enough recovery time?

I'm sure people will tell you not to train twice a day. But really, I did it a couple weeks ago, and it worked really well for a little bit, and I really liked it. I did start to overtrain after 6 weeks, though. Whenever I did it, I did pre and post workout meals for both workouts. I would definitely do it again, too. And yes, I would divide the supplements between the two. Or, you could do what I did, and just amp up the creatine, but make sure you cycle it, and shorten the length of the cycle. There are probably reasons why you shouldn't do all of this, it's just my opinion, and what worked for me.

No. 1+ posts = ban.

Why are you working out twice a day? There's just so many reasons why you wouldn't need to. Working 2x/day = heavy rasied BGL's 2x/day. Why? 1 session/day is most definitely enough to accomplish what you need. The neural stress will be far heavier as well.

You make bodybuilding so complicated, when there's really no need for that.

Seriously man why 2 times? There is a pyramid having workout, nutrition and rest on each ends. If you over do any one and ignore the others you will do more harm than good..and you definitely are ignoring the rest factor besides nutritiön too.. I guess now that i have put the pyramid in front of you try to expand each end and not just one for more results..
Hope this post helps, let me know.

You can use creatine any time during the day, its fine, use it all in one workout, bcaa hell why not split it, and 4 hours is fine if your not doing the same body part.

If your in a slump where you are training like hell but arent gained then you should try training twice a day. I have before and it works a treat. One thing i will say is though make your first session on a bodypart light then the second heavy. If you go heavy on your first session and really push for those microtears you wont be able to train the second session due to the pain and your muscles wouldnt have recovered.
