Well i started my bulking diet about a week ago and when i check myself on the scale it says that I'm losing weight but i feel stronger and i look bigger..should i just ignore the scale and continue?

ignore the scale for now

weigh yourself in about 4-5 days or a week or two from now and update us.

dont pay attention to what the scale says look in the mirror if u can see ur body lookin bigger/better then ur making improvements/also u just might not be eating as much as u think u should;i went through the same phase of worrying what the scale says dont worry bout just eat/workout/rest and grow. Musclefreak

Your set point weight can fluctuate by up to 10 pounds (+/- 5lbs) in a week.

I don't allow my clients to weigh themselves any more than once every 4 weeks.

Instead, take pictures every 3-4 weeks to compare results.
