Ok so iv been sick for the last 4 days not able to eat anything except junky food and thats if i even feel ok to eat..most of the time i feel like vomiting. I was in the middle of a cut at 11%bf going down to 6% weighing 150lbs and at a height of 5'8. I decided i want to stop cutting and put on some size because i probably lost muscle from not eating for long periods of time. I read the bulking primer and concluded this.
RMR-1747 calories
W/ activity level- 2400 calories (1747 x 1.375)
Intake-2900 calories
Protein- 150g, 600 calories
Fat- 30%, 96g, 870 calories
Carbs- 50%, 362g, 1450 calories

Does that sound like a good break down of my macros? Also what do you think about the nutrient timing? Ill be eating about 8 meals a day (i have school so ill be up from 6am-10pm). Should i eat divide carbs for the first 4 meals then fat for the last 4 meals and a steady stream of protein for all 8 meals? I liked laynes article because it showed percentages for the macros per meal (20% total carbs breakfast, 35% preworkout etc.) Can someone please help me out? Help is greatly appreciated. Also whats a good weight goal and bodyfat goal?

You probably don't wanna hear this but I would continue on the cut. Any 'weight' you lost is just water/glycogen.

As far as the bulk I personally like to keep carbs more around 60% and fat at around 15-20%.

Continue to cut? I heard from other people around the forums that i should be bulking now. What are some of your reasons for continuing to cut? I want to pack on more muscle definitely because im feeling kinda small. Its the fall of my senior year of high school so i wanna be bigger and ripped for next summer.

Because you are at 11% and should probably be in the single digits. It's easier to gain lean mass when you are lean as opposed to gaining lean mass when you are fat. Cut to 7-8% which won't take long and then bulk and do things right.

Well you will have different stats at the end of your diet. 1g/lb. Carbs 50-60% - I like 60% and fat around 15% check out the bulking primer and if you still have questions ask away.

Can i please get more on nutrient timing? Should i separate everything into every meal evenly or do carbs+protein the first 4 meals then protein+fats the least 4 meals? I likes laynes article because it mentioned 20% total carbs for breakfast and 35% preworkout etc. Can someone please help me. What about days i dont lift like off days?
