Anyone watch the latest episode for the Olympia series on bodybuilding.com?

Olympia: The Series 2008 - Olympia Contender Toney Freeman!

Toney talks about his diet, saying he basically is eating 50-60g carbs a day. I found this very interesting being on a cut diet myself, this means he's gotta be in keto right? At like 280+ I can see how he can't be. Any really no extra carbs for breakfast either.

Also thought the cardio with the oxygen mask point was cool.
Just wondering your guys thoughts

50-60 carbs a day he would be in a ketogenic state.

I prefer low carb cyclic diets while doing body recomp :)

200+ of fat is a lot. i like his point that he made about if you take in a lot of fat with carbs it will store, so it is either or.

An O2 mask during cardio the cool, xspecially if it works like he says.

i am suprised he has not contract / endorsement, it is a shame,he is a great competitor and seems like maybe one of the nicest guys out there.

For freeman 200+grams of fat shouldn't be much to worry about if hes doing keto styled diets.
