kind of in a shitty situation with work..having to work 11 hour days but only able to get in one full meal at work..im use to having a good 6 meals a day..but now i can get in a quick breakfest..and one solid lunch and a solid dinner..an i avg about 3 shakes a day...p.s im in bulking stage and it is kind of messing me up..any suggestions on the dieting

oceans makes these little tuna or salmon pasta salads in a tin that dont need to be refrigerated for $3.29 160 cal 4.5g fat 13g carb 2g fibre 2g sugar 19g protein good for soild food on the go when your getting sick of shakes and bars. other people will prob have good advise. what is your breakfast? make sure thats huge and clean as possible. mabey give a bit more detail in the meals you are getting.

What about a home made shake so its all whole food, chuck in eggs, yogourt, milk, some oats... hard boiled eggs are easy or do a meat stew or soup and put in a flask.

Why cant you get in the meals? I mean if youre saying you are not allowed to eat then theres no helping you lol. There is plenty of quick meals out there especially while on a bulk.
Foot long grilled chicken sub on wheat from subway would be perfect.

yah sum good suggestions...my breakfest consist of 6 egg whites..cereal an whole wheat toast...and i cant eat because im working on man lifts shotcreting...and we go 5.5 hours striaght...lunch then again 5.5 hours and done..it is hectic..but for lunch i cook the night before..i try an get in a serving of brown rice..2 chicken breast veggies...yogurt and i bring along a shake for morning and lunch litterly only time to eat for me is lunch..it is hectic but its what you get when behinde in work..only 2 months longer an back on track but thanks for the suggestions..i like the blendid drink idea..

yah that is probally the best thing to do..really good suggestion..thx..but wouldent you think that if im having a shake at 6am...then 10 :45 am..and then at 9 pm...an then add protien bars...thats kinna a overload

i wouldnt say an over load.i would say maybe not enough real food.So replace the shakes at home with real food.egg whites are great to eat later at night IMO
