need help with cutting diet

Im 16 and play football I'm in search of losing some body fat tho we have 6 practices a week an 4 lifts and I need a new diet

tryin to cut while keeping your energy up for all that training is going to be difficult. i say eating clean will be important and that you should post your diet so we can take a look at it.

wake up at 7 and have an on 100% whey shake and water
then at like 1230 100 i eat a turkey sandwhich some chips and a water
then a power bar before practice a scoop of cell mass after practice with a gatorade
usually like a steak or chicken w rice or potatos and a vegetable for dinner with another on shake then another scoop of cell mass before sleeping

if you follow that 7 days a week and train as much as you do you should be ripped, your under eating already i think. considering your 16 but what are your stats?

You wake up at 7am and eat then nothing until 12:30 - 13:00 That 5 hours with nothing in your system bro. I don't see any other times that your eating..

eat some chicken ribs anything man no way u do all that in a day and just eat that and have body fat
