My regular bulk got me to 4k. From there I used oatmeal, brown rice, a few small cans of mandarin oranges (to help get the oatmeal down), whey, tuna, olive oil, pb.

They keys to not puking are:

not drinking milk and drinking plenty of water.

I caved at 7500, knowing that if I ate anymore bad things would happen. That is nearly twice what I currently eat for my bulk so I think its reasonable.

Yep, usually its either hit the weight twice for about an hour. - Depending on what I'm doing of course. One in am and one in pm or just weights once and then HIIT. Sometimes I will just do weights and then do HIIT on my off days. Just depends how I feel. I need to get adjusted to this mega-eating stuff and then I will post a log. It's hard for me to get in this many calories per day.

Wow I'm almost to 4500 and I thought that was a lot for one day, 7500 is more than I'll have for a while good job.

Because it takes time to keep it up to date. I usually do 4 lifts with 10 sets of 8-12 reps. I don't do any weird lifts like Zir, just really basic.

A training log I don't mind doing but diet and training for everyday would get a little tedious.
