sound like a bad idea? i remember a thread on chocolate milk being great for recovery, do u guys remember also? i figured it might be a little fatty, which is good for a casein, but TOO fatty? im only considering because im on a bulk, never heard ANY1 using it as casein, only heard of casein powders,milk,cottage cheese and peanut butter. aany thoughts anything at all well appreciated

I think it'd work fine, but cottage cheese would be better since it has more casein in it than milk. And you generally eat more cottage cheese than milk at once.

Ive used it quite well on a bulk can remember how much fat was in it but it had 54g carbs and 18g protein per 600ml

Id just go the cottage cheese. Drinking enough chocky milk b4 bed would make me all bloated and my stomoch would probably be doing flips for the next hour.
