I would pre make my protein (milk and ISO MASS[so like.. egg,whey, and
casein protein]).
Then I would stick it in the fridge at work for a 5-6 hour shift..then i would take it out.. then bring it to the gym and stick it in the locker for about an hour to two hours and it would still be cool and taste great lol.
As long as u dont put... orange juice in it or soemthin it won't go bad at all believe me...
I did this for like 5 months when I was in school and didn't have time to work out before work.
I'm sure it will be fine if u do it :P
