MY NEW BULKING DIET ?

This what i have been eating for some time.....height 5.11 weight 200lbs...any suggestions are welcome

Meal 1
2 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 cup oats

======Train======

Meal 2
Protein shake

Meal 3
10oz steak
1lb potatoes

Meal 4
2 chicken breasts
Half a pound of potatoes

Meal 5
Protein shake (because i crave something sweet)

Meal 6
2 chicken breasts
1 Cup of brown rice

Meal 7
Protein shake

I dont no my BF....its a whey protein shake Optimum banana with warter post training and semi-skimed milk in meal 7 and 5

At a glance add carbs post workout, and a slow digesting protein instead of a protein shake for meal 7. Depending on your body type and current BF would depend on the rest of my reccomendations. If your bulking typically you should slowly increase overal Caloric intake as you progress.
