I know a lot of people on this board eat a lot of tuna and a lot of it comes from cans. Me personally i cant stand the canned stuff.

I good meal i have been eating which is healthy and tastes damm good is ceviche. There are plenty of recipes available on the net and range from very simple ones to ones involving more ingredients.

Anyways its a great meal and is healthy and can be a good for a change to plain stuff (although not as cheap to make)

Anyways just my 2 cents.

Yeah thats a good way to have it. It's just isn't as avaiable all over the place in high quality, so canned stuff is good I guess.

Salad nisouse is a good way to go too.
