Hey guys, First off I am trying to cut, Ive been taking creatine. Anybody have issues with not being hungry, feeling full, almost having to force feed every 3 hours Im not complaining. I think its beacause of all the water Im taking in. Im taking in 1 1/2 gal a day.... on a cut can I pread out my meal schedule or will that screw everyhing up?

Theres something to be said about the human variable. You'll hear alot of people say "I'm always hungry when I cut even if I drink 2 gallons a day". Now if you CAN eat but don't feel the actual NEED to eat, then thats not bad, consider yourself somewhat lucky.

Im 6', my weight is 230...was at 292. Ive been doing this since Feb. My supps are animal pack, creatine and of course protein shakes. My diet is 2000-2100 cals a day.
meals are:
5:30 1 cup oatmeal, 2 egg whites and a banana
9:00 2 boiled eggs and an apple (toss out 1 yolk)
12:00 chicken breast, veggie and a salad
4:00 salad with 6 oz grilled turkey
7:00 (preworkout) grilled chicken, broccoli and salad
7:30-9:30 WT
9:30 (post workout) protein shake with 5 grams of creatine mono
10:30 1/2 cup of non fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 gals of water a day

The foods vary daily, thats just what I ate yesterday. But it all basicly follows the same principle. High fiber cereal and fruti for breakfast, protein and fruit for 2nd meal and protein and veggies for meals 3-8.
I do hiit cardio, mon wed and fri. low intensity on thurs and sat Tues is leg day... no cardio lol
I cheat every other friday when I take the wife out to eat or go to the movies.
The reason I asked the question was becasue I was concerned that I might be eating too much and that was what was causing the problem, ususally Im starving with 30-45 mins of my meals. Im still losing weight and body fat as far as I know, I havent done my measurements this month yet.

I do my cardio at 4:30 in the morning, I eat my fruit when I wake up. Then I eat my breakfast before leaving for work around 5:30. I usually have a casein shake but I ran out last week and still havent gotten my order yet....so its cottage cheese untill I get it.

Cardio before eating is great for burning fat, but is massive catabolism so you're killing muscle too. I'd say eat first.
