You know I have noticed something.. Everyone feels they need to workout all the time. The "I don't want to waste a single moment when I could be training" and that's a great attitude to have.
But you have to remember, taking time off is so very valuable to your body it's almost essential for growth. I know it's hard to understand cause most are so focused on the goal of adding muscle.
But vacations are ment to be just that ' a vacation' time away from the weight room, take a deep breathe and enjoy your surroundings.
I can almost guarantee that when you come back, you will be re-charged and full of
vigor and energy and ready for a new training routine and most of all probably be pushing more weigth than before you left.
That is called recovery and your body needed it.
