hey man,
The best result i get with my clients to loose weight i think, is to do a full body workout and then a cardio session afterwards.
A full body work out consists of the basic push, pull and legs.
So for an example:

Chest- Incline DB press 12-15reps
Back- Lat pull down 12-15
Legs- Fitball (against the walls) squats with DB 10-15reps
Fit ball crunches 15-20reps
Chest- DB flys 12-15reps
Back- Seated row 12-15reps
Legs- DB lunges 12-15reps
Lying leg raises 15-20reps

(Make sure shes using weights she is comfortable with, and to have a minute or two rest between exercises.)
Go through the exercises 2-3 times.
And for cardio do a 15-20min on any machines she feels comfortable and confiedent to use.

For the food and diet side of things, Im not a nutrian so i cant write out a diet but try stay away from processed foods and junk foods. Im sure other ppl on here can help u out.
But she wants to be eating 4-6 meals a day nothing huge though, to put it in simple terms our bodys are like a fire, too keep the fire burning youve got to keep adding wood right. .

Its very important rule if she wants to weights the bottom line is shes got to burn more cals then she is taking in.

Theres a freaking novel for you to read if u can be bothered haha any questions feel free to ask :)

first off she needs to ease her way into any diet that is here given.
1st off it'll be easier for her,
more convenient, and easier on her confidence.
start with tell her atleast 5 smalls meals a day preferably 6
and try not to go crazy with carbs at night.
i know a nutrition guru will come behind me with specifics.
tell her best of luck from all of us and 2 give it time be patient.

A 135 pound girl who barely lifts weights does not need 192 grams of protein.

Probably around 70-90 grams depending on her activity level.
