I have a general question about cutting.

Are you supposed to reduce or increase water consumption during this
stage and does it affect your muscle definition having excess water.

The question you are asking, all depends on how much water you are taking in right now. You should strive for atleast 1 gallon of water a day, I personally drink 1 1/2 gallons a day.

i drink about 1 gallon a day so i should keep at this amount. No changes to water consumption should be added.

More potassium, less sodium.

Keep water consumption at the same level.
