Im not sure about this....I know guys that drink 4 shakes a day, 2 of them being meal replacements. Also he is downing 10 mg of creatine a day. I have heard of creatine causing kidney and liver damage, I have always believed that not drinking enough water is the major culprit involved with creatine. As far as protein, I have read your kidneys have trouble processing protein in large amounts, thus the creation of kidney and bladder stones. Anyone else heard this?
