hey guys, this is my diet right now. i'm cutting but i have a question. so the end of my bulk was at 176lbs. i'm at 169lbs as of today and i havn't lost any muscle mass.
ok
meal 1
1 cup of oats in 2 cup of whole milk
6 eggwhites
8oz. orange juice
pre-workout - 2 scoops of
superpump 250
workout
meal 3
3 scoops of
true mass
some fruit
meal 4
2 cups of brown rice or whole grain pasta
6oz chicken breast
brocolli/asparagus/green beans mix = 2 cups
diet juice
meal 5
2 cup of brown rice or whole grain pasta
diet juice
2 scoops of optimum nutrition whey protein
meal 6
3 cups of vegetable mix
1 can of tuna (mixed together with veggies.
1/2 cup of nuts (almonds or walnuts)
ok, i know there are some things here that are questionable for my cup like that whole milk in the morning especially pre-workout and the true mass due to the fat content.
but this has been helping me keep my size and this diet is working GREAT for me so far anyway.
altogether
calories - around 3000
carbohydrates - around 380g
protein - around 190g
fat - around 80g
looks like a bulk diet right? well all i did was cut my fat and cut my carbs from bulking. that's about it. and i cleaned it up a bit.
so my question is, i have very little fat right now. i estimate maybe even pretty close to 9%. definatly 10%. now, i look at myself and i am holding A SHIT LOAD OF WATER!!!!!!!!!
does anybody have a clue why i have so much water retention?
and don't say creatine!
does it have to do with my carbs being high?
