hmm...hey, zir red, if you're here, can you chime in? i'm confused.
my dad is a diabetic. when he drinks
ON whey, his blood sugar does not go up like when he drinks orange juice or eats some mash potatoes or something.
but i keep reading that whey protein creates and insulin spike.
if this is true, this could be another reason why i'm retaining so much fluid but it doesn't make sense.
any ideas?
