help with bulking

Hey guys right know I'm about 6'4 6'5 and I weigh around 225-230 and i wanna bulk up to 245-250 lean muscle, and i was wondering if you guys think this is a good diet?

meal 1... 4 egg whites, banana with yogurt
meal 2... 4 egg whites, ham sandwich
meal 3 ... lean ground beef with pasta
meal 4 ... lean ground beef with pasta
work out . .. protein shake
meal 5 ... chicken breast, brown rice
meal 6 chicken breast, brown rice

I had this meal plan for quite some time but i haven't really seen gains (very little) and i was wondering if you guys can help me with a better bulking diet or just touch mine up a little bit or alot (lol).

whats your bf%?? if its already to high then you will put on even more fat. if your not gaining weight then to simply put it your not eating enough. your diet looks pretty good but it depends on how much your having of everything. if your not gaining have more of your carb sources and throw in some full eggs including the yolk for breakfast like 2 full eggs 2 whites. a suggestion is to have some sort of dairy product before bed. like cottage cheese, milk, yougurt with whey protein or eggs that will keep you in an anabolic state for longer and its probably not a good idea to consume rice last meal of the day either.

you already seem pretty big so im guessin you will probably need over 3000 calories quite easily per day.
but i dont no what your body composistion is..

meal 1 - 5 egg whites, 1 whole, 1-2 cups of oats, 1 banana.

meal 2 - lean beef, pasta, veggies.

meal 3 - 1 can tuna, 4 x bread, veggies

meal 4 - same as meal 1

W/O

shake - atleast 50g pro, 100g mixed complex and simple sugars. i eat 3 pks instant oats.

meal 5 - chicken, rice, veggies, almonds

meal 6 - 2 pb sandwhiches Big glass of Milk...yum lol
