1 1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese/plain yogurt
1 1/2-2 scoops of protein powder(vanilla)
1/2 cup of whole wheat powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder(to make them fluffy)
cinnamon-very little
vanilla extract (pour on the little top and just add that)
blend for a couple of seconds
add 2-5 egg whites
1/2 cup of skim milk
blend again till ready
and your done!! make them like if they were normal pancakes (use sugar free syrup if you want!) |
