can anyone set up a mini diet for me that will add mass with minimal fat. Im broke so i cant be buying alot of expensive foods....steak in moderation....of course chicken...i dont need a huge day in day out plan but maybe a few examples of your diets or what you find to be helpful that doesnt cost a shitload

cheap carbs

whole grain pasta
brown rice
oats

you can buy these in bulk so you don't have to buy carbs every week.

protein

you can find good deals on boneless chicken breast if you look around
tuna cans aren't too expensive
eggwhites
you can buy protein powder online pretty cheap

for all this, you might have to spend around 80 bucks a week?

meal 1
oatmeal
eggwhites
orange juice

meal 2
wheaties (whole grain cereal)
eggwhites
diet juice or water
(i like ocean spray diet cranberry juice)

or

protein shake
banana

meal 3
brown rice
brocolli or asparagus or green beans
tuna
diet juice/water

meal 4
whole grain pasta
chicken breast
diet juice/water

workout (hypothetically)

meal 5
protein shake
baked potatoe

or a burger for a cheat meal once in a while.

meal 6
brocolli or asparagus or green beans
chicken breast or tuna or some cottage cheeze even better
1/2 cup of nuts (almonds, walnuts)
diet juice/water

some ideas here you can play around with
that is ibanezman style dieting

keep your sodium low. makes you look better. that's why i didn't put wheat bread in there

For a cup of baked beans there's 12-14 grams of protein depending on the brands, and 300 calories.
