Hey guys, im just looking at bulking up abit and was wondering if i could get any comments and help im 5'6 and 68kg and 22yrs old

7am- oats, protein drink, glass of whole milk

10am- 100g tuna, 2 slices wholemeal bread, piece of fruit, 3 eggs

11:30 training - protein and a creatine drink immediately after

1pm- beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, 250g chicken, 1 cup brown rice

4pm- 100g salmon, 2 slices wholemeal toast, banana

7pm- beans carrots sweet potatoes, 250g chicken, 1 cup brown rice

10pm - half avacado, glass of milk, protein drink

im training 4-5 times a week with 2x30min cardio sessions.

in the past i have used whey protein isolate by bsc as my protein (high protein, low carb) as well as cycle of mycoytin and viraloid by bsc just wondering should i switch to a more half carbs/half protein mix untill i hit my desired weight which is about 72-75kg and maintaining my same body fat levels. thanks

looks like a pretty sound eating plan.
i good idea would be to eat some simple carbs in your post workout drink to get the insulin spike to drive all the nutrients into your cells. many people on here use a maltodexrin powder or there are plenty of other alternatives.

for breakfast you should have eggs or something like that. whole food is better especially if you wana put on weight. best to limit protein powders to post workout n before bed in my opinion

correct limit protein shakes, first meal eat, oats and eggs, try to eat more egg whites than whole eggs. the best thing for the insulin spike would be some dextrose, very cheap. do you know how many fats you are taking in?

i agree
but no more than that a day i'd say

don't forget to do cardio 1 or 2 times a week even if you're bulking
