Today was leg day for me. Regular squats, leg press, quad extensions, and seated hammy curls. When doing the quad extensions I did a light weight (100lbs.) very slowly and contracted for a couple seconds at the top. I noticed a slight pain in my right knee when locking out. I know when you lock out the weight is transferred onto your joints. Will fish oils alleviate this dull pain?
