anytime. i take them first thing in the AM and before Bed.

healthy fat so its best before bed to help slow digestion i believe so tip i wouldnt take it right after a workout but any other time should be fine.

the fats are healthy too...i dunno about the tablets though im sure there arent fats at all in them

I like the liquid form the best. Cod liver oil is good. I keep it in the fridge and twice a day i will take a swig. One of the best supps imo.

Today was leg day for me. Regular squats, leg press, quad extensions, and seated hammy curls. When doing the quad extensions I did a light weight (100lbs.) very slowly and contracted for a couple seconds at the top. I noticed a slight pain in my right knee when locking out. I know when you lock out the weight is transferred onto your joints. Will fish oils alleviate this dull pain?

I know when i started taking fish oil, my joints stopped hurting. Make sure that you have really good form on your squats. If done wrong, it will really mess your knees up. Don't let your heals come off the floor.

As far as i was aware night or morning was best, remeber watching a program about the news about it omega 3 oils that were found in it helped the brain work and that, aswell with the joints.
take one in morning and one at night? cant imagine it would do much harm.
