for me some foods i think make you more bloated then others. making sure to take time inbetween meals is good to help digest before eating again and again.

i dont get bloated to much anymore i also take Digestive Enzymes sometimes and Cayenne Pepper.

Post your diet. and the times when you eat them.

maybe youre taking in too many carbs at once that is what usually causes the bloated feeling.

every meal is composed of complex cabs and protein.as far as i know, it takes different digestion system to deal with carbs and protein. is it necessary to split out of them?

Eggs make me more full then eating Chicken so that might be the case for you. Also Bread i think will be harder to digest then rice IMO
Beef aswell i think should be limited to once a day.
And for every 5 egg whites i heard you can add more whole atleast thats what i do.

umm you eat a banana before you hit the gym and two during?

i was you i would have a gainer shake right after the workout to go down nicely. not eggs. or

after i workout i have 2 scoops protein and 3-4 packs of quaker instant berry oats.
