My mom is trying to lose 25 lbs. she is going to a weight loss doctor but what he is telling her to eat doesent seem like nearly enough. she eats a replacement bar for breakfast and lunch with a small snack in between, and a normal dinner. but she is eating less than 1000 calories a day. im not sure if that is enough? her exercise is walking daily.
If that is not enough calories how much should she eat and is walking for 30-1hr a day enough? |
