Is it possible to eat to much protien?if your trying to lose weight...

the majority of my protiens i eat are cottage cheese with pepper and tuna a fish with mayo...

it depends on your bodyweight overall dude. If you're taking in more than 2g per lb of bodyweight then you're taking in too much and can do damage to your kidneys

Im 205lbs of mostly fat? I believe more fat then muscle...I mean i have muscles cause i lift and play football..

each can of tuna fish is 13g...

I eat 2 a day and a little bit of cottage cheese..not alot..

But when i smoke i can eat up to like 4 cans if tuna fish

Alright thanks..But wouldn't be eating to much protein be bad if i eat to much?I mean im losing weight but gaining muscle as i go along because i play football...

Im at 205 and i want to be 185:o

Lol i know protein is good for you,but i thought it's there so when u work out it sticks to your muscles or what ever no?

You're not reading the label correctly there, bud. Each SERVING is 13g. There're probably 2.5 servings in the can if you have the standard size on, meaning 32.5G Protein.

Smoking is good for you, keep at it.... Not really.

depends on how much lbm you have the more you have the more protiens you will need, all u would need is 1g per pound of bodyweight
