Help me gain 2.5 stone please

hey,

Im currently 9.5 stone and my ideal weight atm 12 stone.

I've been taking protein powder for around 5/6 weeks and somehow only gained 1lbs, if someone can give me ways to increase my weight :)

i goto the gym 5 x a week now only doing weights as i want to bulk up fast and then develope/tone the muscle.

atm i take 3 x protein shakers per day about a pint of milk - its about 350 calories from protein shake + 90g protein and around 300 calories from milk.
(total being - 1950 calories from shakes - 90 g protein)

Please help :)

you cant rely on protein shakes to be all your food source, you should be eating 6-8 meals, having your shake post workout and maybe one other time but that should be all. food>shakes always(when possible)

I cant physically eat 6-8 meals a day, i've tried and i end up being sick...

There are tdays where i eat around 3 meals a day (huge size - chicken / rice - a plate full of rice huge pile / and about a 3 chicekn brteast) it fills me for an hour at times.

Its various some days im hungry but a many other days im not...

anyway to gain an appetite, or what about food supplementrs?

exercise will make you have an appetite, or your just going to have to try to force down the food, you will get use to it. there are carb drinks and what not, but I dont think they are any good, food will help you gain size alot faster.

umm thats why you get sick is cuz you eat 3 huge meals spread it up have a cup of rice and 6-8 oz of chicken or turkey breast and eat every 2 to 2 1/2 hrs in between and have breakfast and that for at least 4-5 meals it will help you gain weight umm food sups lol they only appatite enhancing thing i know is marijuana lol also if your really looking to gain that weight really bad is get your hands on some army issued mre's if you can they carry anywhere from 1500-2500 kcals but mre's will get you fat and you wont gain quality muscle

Buddy weve all been to some point in a bulk cycle where weve thrown up or felt really close to eat. Bodybuilding is a sacrifice and if you really want to get bigger than 6-8 meals is not an option but a must. Shoot for .3g of fat 1g of protein and 2.5g of carbs for your bodyweight.

try for anywhere between 2-3g of carbs and go for .5g of fat
