umm thats why you get sick is cuz you eat 3 huge meals spread it up have a cup of rice and 6-8 oz of chicken or turkey breast and eat every 2 to 2 1/2 hrs in between and have breakfast and that for at least 4-5 meals it will help you gain weight umm food sups lol they only appatite enhancing thing i know is marijuana lol also if your really looking to gain that weight really bad is get your hands on some army issued mre's if you can they carry anywhere from 1500-2500 kcals but mre's will get you fat and you wont gain quality muscle
