1º he didnt say anything about water load
2º he say to carb load the night before and in the morning for prejudging ,and the continuing loading ..but in my country they dont do posing routines nor prejudging ..only semi finals and finals right there ..so when shoulD i start loading if for example i step onstage at 12 pm ?
3º when should I do my last refeed before "competition week" ,my carb intake has been like this :
-1st meal: 30 gr carb from oats
-2nd meal (after training): 1/2 cup rice and some ketchup on chicken
-3rd meal (midday): 1/2 cup rice
The rest of the day 0 carbs ,only veggies
