I'm about to begin my carb up at the end of week 3. I weighed in this morning 2 pounds heavier. I am in ketosis, and I felt fine all week.
My exercise routine included 3 days off (parents visiting).
Monday - full body
Wed - HIIT, arms (3 sets of 1 exercise per bi/tri...I was exhausted after the HIIT)
I did NOT work out Sunday (last day of carb up). Is that proper or should I have hit the gym.
Also, I did not drink much water this week.
I'm 276lbs, 5' 9", dropped 176 pounds doing strictly a low cal / light exercise diet.

I'm not too too pissed off as I can feel myself gaining strength, my smallest pair of shorts are fitting just a little bit better than they did 2 weeks ago, but still, my obsession with seeing that scale move is gonna haunt me until next weeks weigh in.
