"The Final Showtime Cut Diet You'll Ever Need!" By Chuck Rudolph et al.

I just got this free-bee cutting book from my LSS (Local Supp Shop), and am wondering if anyone else has read it/heard of the concepts in it?
The diet basically suggests no insilin spikes throughout the day, except for every 18th meal (bedtime meal) a carb loading meal. Also suggests little protein with the insilin spike as well.

The reason I'm wondering is that I am now in the middle of my 12th week of my cut, and I've dropped around 22-23 lbs which I am very proud of. However since I started the cut with bf 20%+ I feel I still have a ways to go. Right now I'm 6' 185, started at 208. I am still dropping close to 2lbs a week, so If I continue this trend I will not alter my diet.

However if I do start to plateau, I'm thinking of trying this diet, just because it is a new concept, so If anyone has tried the diet or even read the book, feedback or comments regarding it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all

It works man .. Ive tried that and many diets but what people dont realize is that there are many ways to reach the same goal in this case low BF levels.. but IMO stick for what works 4 u ...sometimes when a bbilder is pre contest we stress a lot and want to chance diet to another and try a million different things when the competition is close and we end up more frustrated ..just do what u believe and write your experiences with each diet, training and everything else

Ok so I have decided to give this diet a shot, now even though I am a higher body-fat endomorph and my recommended caloric intake is around 2300 calories, I still think I will start with the Cut Diet 1800, since I have been cutting for a while and my calories were already reduced to around 2000....
and since this diet doesnt count EVERY calorie, i figure the cut diet 1800 will be the closest to what my previous diet looked like

any opinions?

I am currently using this diet and have used it successfully in the past. I highly reccomend it.

Ahh, I hadn't read his log and I was just going to start on a similar diet! I was just reading a diet book by Lyle Macdonald and it's basically the same principle.
