Why no carbs at night?

Unless you are cutting, there is no need to drop carbs at night.
Am I right?

If you're endo, could potentially be stored as fat. Don't worry.

For me...100% ecto-boy

Last meal (bulk):

2 cups cottage cheese
1 serving gainer
3 walnuts
1-2 almonds

Last meal (cut):

1-2 cans tuna
1 tbspn peanut butter (taste)
1 cup broccoli/asparagus.

Why low/no fat mate? I thought fats were good before bed to slow protein absorbtion?

I normally try and eat some kind of beef right before bed (would be steak every night if I could afford it )

simple mate, no need to UNNECCESARILY load up on fats before bed. sure if ur ecto like me then its not too much of an issue but low/no fat is better in the long run. plus it'll save u having to cut an extra 5 pounds just before summer lol

^agreed that you don't need to load up on fats before bed. However, healthy fats such as those found in EVOO or Natural PB only help to delay Protein absorption.

Whether someone is eating cottage cheese or using a casein shake, poly/mono unsaturated fats are beneficial before bed.
