Right guys, this is going to sound like a bit of a newbie question but ive only started to take my weights a bit more seriously recently and am planning on starting on the egg whites. How is it you take them? Is it just a matter of gulping down raw eggs or what?

You could get the white out of a normal egg, but it is a waste. I buy liquid egg whites.

Check them out at the local grocery store. You can either cook them or even drink them because they are pasteurized.

Also depends on your aims. If you are bulking, drinking whole eggs can br great for adding mass, as they are full of essential fats and amino acids. Woul'dnt advise drinking the yolks if you are a mesomorph or have high cholesterol.

LOL I'm glad i'm on a keto I can eat the whole thing instead of thrying to get the thumb in there to ctahc the yolk!!

If I was you though I would buy soem liquid whites. Most stores have their own brand thats cheaper than egg beaters. Krogers is usually $1.49 for liek 16 ozs

i wouldnt drink them raw... avidin in raw egg whites prevents binding of biotin so youll start to get bad hair and nails, skin etc if you do it over a period of time. best to cook them up for sure.

Brilliant, thats a great help guys. I think il just go with eating whole eggs cooked and gulp down some of these liquid egg whites if i can get them.

Scrambled eggs. Use 4-6 egg whites and 1 yolk. Great breakfast meal. *Use more or less, fit it to what your trying to accomplish*

If your on a standard cut diet or a bulk diet try the liquid whites with some 100% fruit juice man.add liek 1/4 to a 6 oz glass of it and it tastes great

oh and lazy....I read the link you got about the belly fat loss. While there are lots of sites and books that say lose belly fat or women lose fat in hips and stuff. You can;t spot reduce. Your body will burn fat where it wants and sadly the belly is usually the last to go...you may know this already though I don;t know. Doing ab excersises are very good and absolutly important but it won't cut body fat from your stomach,it builds your abs so after you cut enough body fat through strict low carb/high protein dieting they will become visable.

Its also really easy and fast to hard boil them and rip the whites off. I found it to be the fastest and least frustrating way.

try 5 whites 1 whole or two 1 slice of fat free cheese and cook them in a pan with pam GOOD MAN

1 large (50g) egg boiled = 212mg cholestrol (71% on a 2,000 caloric diet) if u have high cholestrol i would take that into consideration.
