hello guys i was wondering something. I train 5 days a week and i walk home ( around 40 min ) after every training since i dont have car and the bus are retarded where i live. I was wondering if this walk was hurting my gain in muscle. here s my diet.

meal 1 : big bowl of oatmeal
big glass of milk
multi vitamin
yagourt

meal 2: sandwich with alot of meat

meal 3: what ever left some the last night supper
protein bar
milk
breads

meal 4( after training ): protein shake right after i left the gym
some almond + other kind of nuts
some cold meat

meal 5: what ever mom s cooking XD

meal 6(before bed): big glass of cottage cheese smoothi ( cottage cheese + abit of jellow s pudding + ice cube + milk )
protein shake
yagourt with some frozen fruit and various nuts.

Do you guys think i should eat more to gain most of the calories i use to walk home ?

is it a straight walk, your not running? i think it would be fine as cardio is a good way to keep you lean when eating alot and keeping your heart healthy.

yea i agree as long its not a hard walk with some crazy incline. Also, i think it would be beneficial to get some eggs or egg whites in your first meal or at least some solid source of protein.
