Hey BBD users im interested in loosing my bf% and to
lean out to see what it is like but i dont know exaclty they way to do this. any help is greatly appriciated.
im 19
175lbs
12.9% bf
153.6lbs of pure mscle
22lbs of fat and i want it to be around 10 lbs cause then id think id be pretty lean. please help on what top eat ect.
i also have a very fast metabolism wherei can eat whatever i want and not gain weight or loose it :/ gaining the weight i did was all about th shakes ect so please help i work about 60hrs a week doing landscaping so i think this might help out abit and i go into the gym almost every other day please help thank you :)
