No not human meat... you fools.

I have trouble going out and eating with my family... i mean i pack my own shit, water meats and carbs but its akward as hell. my mom says she likes my company, my father couldn't really care less and my younger bro is disabled mentally so he just likes my company too, i guess.

I feel like staying at home all the time and only going out to the gym. Does anyone else have trouble eating out?

If you're doing a bulk, I don't see why eating out is a problem. If you have any concerns about what to eat, ask the restaurant for any nutritional information they may have. If you can find out where you're going beforehand, you try to find any nutritional info online. And hell, if you're really paranoid about it, tack on an additional 10-15 minutes of LI cardio to each session to whatever amount you're already doing. You're bound to gain some fat while bulking, even if you eat clean for the entirety of it, so you may as well treat yourself every now and then. Eat clean for a week, splurge on a certain meal on a certain day (just don't overdo it) then resume clean eating again. Just my thoughts.

Bodybuilding can really kill your social life so you must balance it with what you feel is the right amount of other activities.

It is difficult and I think everyone who begins training/dieting knows exactly how you feel.

If you eat out on a bulk, eat up. Avoid too many fats (especially saturated and trans fats), but otherwise eat to the point of satisfaction. If you keep a weekly log of your weight/bf and adjust your other eating habits accordingly, you should be fine.

As for a cut, things can be a little trickier, but salads and low calorie options are available at most restaurants. Pick something which isn't drowning in oil, butter, cheese and is not packed full of too many carbs. And do have a day off (free day, cheat day) every week to really enjoy yourself with your family.

I had the same problems aswell, and I agree with everyone here:
If you are on a bulk you should not worry so much as when you are in a cut.
At least that is what I think.

I agree it can put a damper on your social life.. when people wanna go out for pizza it's like come on..... seriously. Anything but pizza/fast food and you should be good to go. I always get salmon which usually comes with wild/brown rice, and vegetables so it works out.

I know what its like bro, after u come off a cut its like u feel guilty for having something with a dash of sodium or a bit of sauce. Just order something grilled and do what i do. Tell them that you are highly allergic to butter and will have serious problems if any gets on your food hahaa

just get a chicken ceasar or steak ceasar salad with the dressing on the side so the food is not drowning in it, maybe order some extra chicken or steak ,

or just take it as a cheat meal, if it is like once a week

No worries man.

Just keep that log of your weight, bodyfat and your progress at the gym. Even if you are eating out a lot, if your weight is going up, bodyfat steady, your progress at the gym is good, you're happy and healthy, what's the point in changing that?
