Hey guys,
Im about to start my first ketosis diet, little info about myself~
I turned 16 years old less than a month ago. I have been working out for around 3 years now.I am 235 pounds,20-25% body fat, I’ve been bulking for the past 8 months. I’m looking to get down to 10% body fat.

I have been doing a decent amount of research and have drawn up a meal plan for the diet. Critique please.

Meal One- 5 Jumbo eggs with some cheese, 1 tbsp olive oild, Serving of Metamucil (keep the plumbing okay). -~40g fat, 40g protein, 5g carbs

Meal Two- 4 oz. Smoked Sausage, 3 Jumbo Eggs with a little cheese -~47g Fat, 9g Carbs, 38g Protein

Meal Three(Post Workout)- 2 Scoops Protein Powder,1 tbsp. Olive oil -~16g Fat, 6g Carbs, 48g Protein

Meal Four- 2 Jumbo Hot Dogs, Bacon, 1tbsp. Olive Oil, Some Carrots for some Fiber -~64g Fat, 4g Carbs, 24g Protein

Meal Five- 4oz. Ground Beef, 2 tbsp. Olive Oil -~45g Fat, 22g Protein, 0g Carbs

Meal Six-1 Scoop Casein Protein Powder, 1tbsp. Peanut Butter,1 tbsp Olive Oil Metamucil tablets -~31g fat,8g Carbs, 30g Protein

Daily intakes= 243g fat, 202g protein, 32g carbs

10g Creatine on Non-Carb up days
20g Creatine on Carb-up Days
Multi- Vitamins 2-3 Times a Day

Questions I Have, if you wouldn’t mind clearing them up for me-
Do you jump straight into the Ketosis diet in one day, or gradually change your diet?
How Long should you be in the Ketosis Diet? How long is to long?
When you end the Ketosis diet will your body respond badly to carbs and gain all of the fat back?
Would taking NO-ShotGun have any affect on me while on this diet?

Do you jump straight into the Ketosis diet in one day, or gradually change your diet? No, it takes about 3 days to get into the initial levels of ketosis. I would usually start up with higher fat during the beggining of the week.
How Long should you be in the Ketosis Diet? How long is to long?As long as you need.
When you end the Ketosis diet will your body respond badly to carbs and gain all of the fat back? No, but that depends on you eating correctly.
Would taking NO-ShotGun have any affect on me while on this diet?It shouldn't.

Thanks Thomas

Im just confused on the diet changing part. I know that the pro's slowly change their diet to help retain muscle, and im wondering if i should do the same.

I'd jump right into it. Try to eat healthy fats - salmon for example and also olive oil/flax seed/ fish oil.

Remember to recharge your carbs once a week too.

I've been doing one for about 4 weeks and it's going well.

Good luck bud
