I must say the 1st 2 weeks were not that successful. Didnt lose any weight and I couldnt see much difference in my physical appearance. I was a bit discouraged. Now I am in week 3, upped my cardio and hopefully things will go right. I think I got my refeeds wrong. But we will see. Any input?
