Well,where can I start.
Due to a injury during wrestling (highschool) I was unable to walk for a pretty long time and gained weight like crazy because I got depressed.
I am fully recovered from injury and acctually have a tournament coming up.
The problem is I am currently over the weight limit.
I gained about 80 extra pounds during my recovery period (ye I know, amazing?)
What Can i do to get back in shape (need to lose about 60 fat pound) in about 1month. I am fully dedicated and I am willing to go to extremes (even full starvation altho not recommended)
Please advise.

I would recommend you wait till another tournament.

60 pounds of fat in a month is awfully unhealthy and even if you did manage it, you would look/feel terrible. I'm 90% sure you would injure yourself again too, either in the preparation to the tournament or in the tournament itself.

Take your time mate, go slow and steady.

yeh, agree with above 2 posts.

if i were you, i'd put weight-loss as a priority, but slowly to not lose ANY MORE muscle.

i know what it's like bro... what is your current diet and exercises roughly like?

60 in a month, that would be two lbs a day. there is no healthy way about it, you could get it sucked out and a tummy tuck. you should sit out of touraments for some time to either lose the fat or move up a weight class.

Yea,I decided not to do the tournament.
Either way I need to lose weight.
Can anyone help me set up a plan or something to lose the weight in 2-3 months. The next tournament that I am able to participate in is august 23rd.

multiply your weight by the following to find out your macronutrients
.2 - .3g fat
1-2g carb
1.5-1.8g protein
after you figure that out you have to set up your meals to get those macro nutrients in. you're going to aim at 6-8meals a day. 1-2gallons of water a day.
Carbs should be split up as follows
25% morning
20% pre workout
25% post workout
30% spread throughout the day
You need to invest some time in Cardio. HIIT 2x a week, and LI 1-3x a week. if theres anything i left out lemme know.
