I have another question please: Are you suppose to do cardio every single day or have at least one rest day? Also, I read somewhere once that ABS are the only muscle group you can and should work everyday. Is this true? Note: I'm trying to lose 20 more lbs...mostly belly fat. Thanks.

Working your abs everyday is overkill. They, like any other muscle group, need time to rest and repair themselves. As for cardio, on days you train you can tack on some light cardio at the end of the workout. On off days you can do HIIT to help burn fat hours after you've finished. Light cardio should be anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. HIIT should be anywhere from 15 to 20.

Spot reduction is ineffective at best. HIIT is my favorite form of cardio, but not everyday, light cardio on training days

well she doesn't have to make them big, but it is part of the anterior abdomen, so to get the complete flat stomach you would have to lose fat that covers the olbiques.

I stopped working mine with weights because I heard it makes them big and it takes away from your V taper....just something i read on BB.com. I don;t wanna look like a refrigerator liek ronnie and jay LOL. I just do side bend stretches now. My waist is big enough I don;t wanna do anything to make it wider

jays and ronnies waists are from excessive gh usage. not from training their obliques.

now if you make the muscles grow under a thick layer of fat yeah your waist can be bigger. But if yuo get rid of the fat and work your muscles it wont be imagine how much they would have to grow to effect your waist line.I use light weight high reps i dont se mine getting any bigger no time soon i work them out for definition and seperation.(Diet plays a big role in that)
