Working your abs everyday is overkill. They, like any other muscle group, need time to rest and repair themselves. As for cardio, on days you train you can tack on some light cardio at the end of the workout. On off days you can do HIIT to help burn fat hours after you've finished. Light cardio should be anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. HIIT should be anywhere from 15 to 20. |
