Alright guys here's the deal. I know it's not healthy or smart but I need to cut about 20 pounds in the next two weeks or so for the Army. I know I'm jeprodizing muscle mass and health but I'm kinda in a crunch. Does anyone know of a better way to do this other than the old wrestlers way of not eating or drinking.

be careful not to deplete yourself too much. I would imagine that its going to be stressful there so be careful
