Hi guys i've been using Creatine Ethel Ester for a while now, i take a week break after about each month's use. I'm in very good shape. Just wanted to know, are there any harmful side-effects of prolonged use of this product. My results are amazing, and I find it to be more effective than tradtional. Monohydrate. Any advice will be much appreciated

Kind regards
Jason2252

I dont think there can be much harm in it if your not taking to much at once or in the day. Also one thing you might find is that it wont work as well if you take it for too long so might wanna cycle it 3 months on 1 month off sora thing

Lucky thing is no water retention, and loading phase is eliminated to some degree. Thanks James.

No clear evidence that displays and proves CEE is superior to monohydrate. That said, there are also no studies shown to prove that CEE even works as proposed. The percentage that the creatine is degraded to creatinINE is far higher than that of monohydrate.

Things work for different people, so continue! No side effects except subcutaneous/intra muscular water retention.

Also...obv don't OD on that shit. haha

With enough water consumption, only side effect is inferior results compared to mono. Are you sure you were using mono properly?

Read this thread by Teamorbit, it provides some evidence that CEE just doesn't compare: CEE

I agree wholeheartedly on this one. I have used both, monohydrate has given me much better results. It's about finding what works for you, and generally, mono works more productively for most people.
