How many grams of a fast acting carbohydrate do you need to for an insulin spike?

Title says it all, I am wondering how many grams you need of any fast acting carb (dextrose, maltodextrin, waxy maize corn starch, etc) to get an insulin spike to help with your post workout creatine intake.

Goals:
